About Speedway Championship

A proprietary concept by PICH, the Speedway format is a unique blend of popular race disciplines, which tests riders and teams on Speed, Endurance and Teamwork – the three most important criteria to become the next Speedway Champion. In teams of 4, riders race along a short but technical circuit at top speed to the thrill of racers and spectators up close. Over 200,000 viewers tuned in to the live stream in 2019 from across the region as well to catch the action.

The nature of a Speedway race allows it to be flexible – whether it’s the duration of the race, the technicality of the course and the location of the race. This makes it a viable commercial opportunity for partners and advertisers to be part of the race.

Inaugurated at the annual OCBC Cycle event in Singapore in 2015 and hosted yearly ever since, the Speedway format has been a sell-out event each year, proving to be a crowd-favourite for local clubs, corporates and national teams in Southeast Asia.

时速先锋是以一种淘汰赛，考验参赛者的力量，毅力和团队合作。参赛者需要通过五轮赛事的角逐夺冠。参赛队伍必须具有近乎完美的团队合作能力才有机会在竞赛中夺冠。

自2015年首届时速先锋自行车冠军赛(Speedway Championship)在新加坡创办以来，吸引了700多名国内外企业、俱乐部的自行车爱好者以及东南亚地区的国家队运动员，在这场独一无二的公路比赛中尽情角逐。这场技巧和力量并行的自行车冠军赛，给观众带了独一无二感官体验。仅在2019年，这场赛事的社交媒体的直播就吸引了超过20万名地区观众的观看。
