RCP 2019 Gala Dinner (China)

About the Project

This event was specially tailored for Rubbermaid Commercial Products’ (RCP) distributors, clients and regional representatives in the Asia-Pacific region, with the theme of “Together We Win” (win-win), customizing the gala dinner into a carnival for the various groups of guests.

Solution

The Huangpu River is the most beautiful and stunning place in Shanghai, China. OrangeVision chose the only five-star cruise on Huangpu River, ‘Crystal Princess Cruises’ as the event venue for the gala dinner.

OrangeVision was able to romanticize the distinguished gala dinner with the cruise’s luxurious interior design and atmosphere with the accompaniment of live band and fine wine under the Shanghai night sky.

Bang & Olufsen 2016 90th Anniversary (China)

About the Project

Bang & Olufsen, a Danish luxury consumer electronics brand, celebrated their 90th anniversary at the Shanghai Concert Hall – BeoLab 90 speakers was used to bring guests on a journey with the sounds of nature.

Solution

With a rich history of 90 years, B&O upholds the respect towards ‘inheritance’, as well as the ultimate pursuit of the aesthetics of product design and refinement in taste and the high-end life. As such, OrangeVision chose Shanghai Concert Hall as it carries the important responsibility of urban space culture and history as the event venue.

The multi-faceted prism was used during the launch to present the unique design features of the Beolab 90 Speaker. The white curtains in the theater slowly parted to reveal the Beolab 90 Speaker which started the audio-visual concert for all the guests to enjoy the wonderful music experience.

Jordan 2019 Roadshow (China)

About the Project

Combined with the exhibition held during the same period, this was Jordan’s first BTL event in 2019. The objective was to share Jordan’s sentiments of a sweet life and further establish the brand’s identity with more consumers, distributors and the media.

Solution

Three interactive areas targeting the different age groups as well as a product display area was specially set up for the product display.

  • HAHA Smile – a photo booth for the adults
  • HAHA Animal Forest – an adventure game designed for children and
  • Picasso Studio – art and craft activities for children
By creating precious memories for those who were at the event, Jordan was able to further reinforce the brand identity among its consumers.

KIM XU 2019 Sand and Foam Exhibition (China)

About the Project

A joint exhibition showcasing contemporary oil painting and traditional ceramic art on the theme of “Sand and Mo” performed by Chinese young artist, KIM XU

Solution

On the fountain in front of the exhibition space at the old Shikumen site of the Old Pier on the South Bund in Shanghai, a floating T-bridge was built, allowing all visitors to enter the art space through the T-bridge.

Discarded porcelain pieces were collected during the process of firing Ru porcelain, and they were re-stacked after in the form of accumulated fragments on the center ground platform as a display. This highlighted the conceptual works of the artist, explaining his final farewell to the discarded porcelain pieces creatively.

Moloney 2019 GZ Design Week (China)

About the Project

MOLONEY debuted at Guangzhou Design Week at the annual designing business event for international interior architects and designers.

Solution

A scene-type booth design was created, allowing guests to either sit in a warm living room with a fireplace, lean on an outdoor sofa by the infinity pool on a Southeast Asian island, or sit under a wall of flowers and vine – all while experiencing the different feelings MOLONEY’s products are able to evoke.

Parker Gift Show 2019 (China)

About the Project

In October 2019, the season of golden procurement, Parker participated in Reedhuabo, the most influential gift and homeware fair held in Shenzhen, China.

Solution

The key feature of the entire booth was intricacy and delicateness. The 130 year old brand was rejuvenated with colours and specially designed luminous brand light boxes, rhythmic display showcases and detailed mini ink wall display, allowing both both business clients and consumers to be able to find their desired writing products.

Orkla 2018 CIIE (China)

About the Project

China’s International Import Expo (CIIE) is the only national-level fair for all things related to global imports. OrangeVision has been appointed as the exhibition service provider for two consecutive years by Orkla, the largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods FMCG group in Northern Europe.

Solution

As the top exhibition in China, CIIE has very strict standards for the construction process. By working closely with Orkla and understanding the exhibitors’ brand identities and goals, OrangeVision was able to help them fulfill their objectives.

On top of that, OrangeVision is also committed to the eco-friendliness and buildability of the materials used in the Orkla showroom. Modifications have to be made to ensure that the showroom was not only eco-friendly but also sustainable.
